Yes I’m a first time user and so a little overwhelmed by all the info on this site. I have a few technical issues I am seeking some help with and am wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. ie which forum can I ask my questions on?

I’ve had very few fraud cases over the years, but I’ve had two fraudulent customers in recent times. Is there some place to report these sorts of folks to help other web hosts avoid getting stuck with them? Perhaps someplace I should also be checking before I sign up clients?
