I have used their service for more than 1 year. It is true that I have to open a bank in California to accept my money. But I am in Massachusetts. It is a big hassle to manage this separate bank account. Now I just received notice by mail there was a charge back happened in my account about 2 months ago. After checked with USPS, the product has been delivered to this customer with confirmation#. I called ECHO customer support and was told it is too late. I asked if there is anyway to get notice on time in the near future. She said you have to login your account everyday to check. They do not send out any email notice. It is user’s responsibility to track all these information. So stay away from this company if you can.

What should we be expecting from a server management service when we buy an optimization job?
I was promised great optimization for 2 servers individually by a certain server company. So, I paid up and went through with it. There were some load issues I wanted to take care of, which I would normally try to troubleshoot myself.
Well, the optimization is apparently complete. Clients are complaining about mysql errors, I went to investigate and the my.cnf wait_timeout is set too low for the scripts running. I also notice that the my.cnf for both servers are exactly the same, despite the fact that the two servers are completely different specifications.
